What You’ll Be Doing
- Help build project plans and track them through execution
- Support bidding, takeoffs, and procurement efforts
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and documentation flow
- Track costs, billing, and job progress
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams
- Use construction software to keep projects organized and on schedule
What They’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in construction or project coordination
- Someone who wants to learn the full project lifecycle
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Able to manage multiple moving pieces without losing track
- Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, or similar tools is a plus
