Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation & integration of dialer & Contact Centre related projects, ensuring timely delivery & optimization, vendor management and governance of dialer solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience in contact centre technologies, API integrations, AI-driven automation solutions & optimize connectivity across channels.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and post-production support.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk registers, and status reports.
- Exhibit good communication skills to coordinate with business, compliance, operations, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards with sound analytical skills.
- Drive adoption across sales, operations, compliance, and customer service functions.
Required Qualifications
- Any graduate.
Experience
- Up to 5 years of project management experience.
