Role Description
This is a contract position for a Project Manager (Renewables), based in the Galati-Braila Metropolitan Area in Romania. The Project Manager will oversee renewable energy projects from planning to execution, ensuring they meet timelines, regulatory standards, and project objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include project scheduling, budgeting, expediting processes, coordinating inspections, and managing logistics for project delivery. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring seamless project management and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, and executing renewable energy projects
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely progress and material deliveries
- Knowledge in Inspection methods and standards for renewable energy projects
- Expertise in Logistics Management, including coordination of equipment, resources, and project timelines
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities for coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
- Professional certifications in project management (such as PMP or PRINCE2) are a plus
- Experience in renewable energy projects, particularly solar energy, will be highly valued
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel, as required, within the project region
