- Maintain project documentation organized and updated, including drawings, meeting minutes, schedules, deliverables, change requests and key communications.
- Facilitate communication between clients, engineering, sales, operations, suppliers and remote teams.
- Coordinate field visits, site surveys, technical meetings and project progress reviews.
- Support projects in both the Dominican Republic and Jamaica through local execution, remote coordination and occasional travel.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, quality standards, budget and scope.
What success looks like in the first 60 days
- Active project schedules are updated, visible and being used by the team.

- Critical project documentation is organized and traceable.
- Communication between engineering, operations, sales and clients is clearer and more consistent.

- Proven experience using MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday, Asana, advanced Excel or similar project management tools.

- Professional English is required for communication with remote teams, clients and regional partners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
- Comfortable visiting project sites and following up with field teams.
- Ability to work with schedules, reports, KPIs, progress tracking and task control.
