Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Automation SQA Engineer. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in Selenium and automated software testing to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.
- Analyze test results and prepare quality reports.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with automation testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience with Java or C# (or another object-oriented programming language).
- Knowledge of automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or NUnit.
- Familiarity with API Testing (Postman/REST Assured) is a plus.
- Experience with Git, JIRA, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) is preferred.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
