Assistant Quality Engineering Manager (Senior Quality Engineer)
Richmond, VA Area (relocation assistant available)
- Engineering Degree Required
- Electrical Construction, Mission-Critical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Data Center, or Infrastructure Experience Highly Preferred

I'm partnering with a rapidly growing industry leader that's transforming how some of the world's most complex and critical facilities are designed, manufactured, and built.
This is NOT a traditional quality role.
You'll serve as a key quality leader supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure projects and advanced manufacturing operations, helping ensure quality, compliance, execution, and continuous improvement across highly visible projects that impact customers worldwide.

What we're looking for:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required)
✔ 5+ years of Quality Engineering, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Construction Quality experience
✔ Background in electrical construction, industrial construction, manufacturing, mission-critical facilities, EPC projects, power systems, or large-scale infrastructure
✔ Experience with inspections, audits, root cause analysis, corrective actions, process improvement, and quality documentation
✔ Strong communicator who can partner with operations, engineering, project management, subcontractors, and customers
