Quality Manager — DIN EN 9100 / Aerospace & Aviation
We are partnered with a global leader in electronic components and circuit protection solutions. The team is looking to hire a Quality Manager to own and develop the quality management system at their Bremerhaven facility, reporting directly to senior management.
This is a permanent, onsite opportunity based in Bremerhaven, Germany.
Key responsibilities for this Quality Manager position:
- Own the planning, organisation, and management of the QM system in accordance with DIN EN 9100.
- Develop, maintain, and document QM processes and ensure alignment with the quality management manual.
- Prepare, execute, and support internal and external audits.
- Conduct root cause analysis and define and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and develop the quality management team.
- Report directly to senior management on QM system effectiveness and compliance.
Key requirements:
- Technical qualification in electrical, aerospace, or aviation engineering — or equivalent vocational background (e.g. electronics, mechatronics, aircraft electronics).
- Certified Quality Management Representative and Internal/External Auditor to DIN EN 9100 — essential.
- Knowledge of aviation law and regulatory compliance.
- Several years of practical experience in a Quality Management leadership role.
- Fluency in German is essential; good English required.
