We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support a leading Life Sciences organization. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering background and hands-on experience in automated manufacturing environments.
Key Qualifications :
- 5–10 years of Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Process Engineering experience
- Experience in automated manufacturing environments
- Strong expertise in equipment design, installation, modifications, and line layout development
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Familiarity with PLCs and HMIs (not a controls role)
- Experience creating URS, SOPs, Work Instructions, and technical documentation
- Knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and regulated manufacturing environments
Preferred Experience ;
- Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device manufacturing
- Fill-Finish operations
- Filling, Capping, and Labeling equipment
- CQV support as an SME
- Engineering project management.
