Role Responsibility
- Responsible for leading the Metallurgical Accounting team in tracking, reconciling, and reporting metal quantities throughout the production process—from raw material receiving to final products, tailings, and effluent.
- Ensures accurate metal balance, recovery calculations, and inventory reconciliation to support operational efficiency, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Company metal accounting standards and applicable regulatory reporting requirements.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of metal accounting calculations, procedures, and reconciliation records.
- Utilize metal accounting tools, Excel, and database systems as required for reporting and analysis.
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the metal accounting system.
- Develop, maintain, and standardize reporting templates to support business needs

Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Chemistry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Metallurgical Accounting or Plant Metallurgy.
- Experience in a Smelter complex environment is preferred.
- Experience in using metal balance and mass balance methods; reconciliation and variance analysis tools
- Ability to use sampling and assay validation processes
- Experience in recovery calculations and metal loss analysis
- Ability to use physical inventory and process accounting reconciliation methods
- Ability to use production data analysis and anomaly detection tools
- Ability to use Excel, metal accounting tools, and database systems
- Ability to use data validation and integrity control processes
- Ability to apply metal accounting standards and regulatory compliance requirements including use structured reporting templates and metallurgical reporting tools
Working Schedule: Regular 5-2 (Residential Status)
Working Location: Site based, West Sumbawa
