Channel Management
- Support channel engineers in completing the installation of the first unit for new products.
- Provide technical support to channel engineers in resolving complex and difficult equipment issues.
- Conduct technical training for channel engineers to continuously improve their technical capabilities.
- Based on the channel management model, assist channel partners in continuously enhancing their service capabilities to meet customer service requirements.
Customer Management
- Conduct regular customer visits to maintain good customer relationships and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Perform on-site inspections of channel engineers’ repair and preventive maintenance activities to ensure service quality and stable equipment operation.
- Collect customer issues and requirements, drive the resolution of these issues and requirements, and provide timely progress updates to customers.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate spare parts, logistics, and regional technical support resources to ensure service response efficiency.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with sales teams, channel partners, spare parts teams, and regional support teams.
- Provide timely feedback on product issues and improvement suggestions.
Continuous Learning and Capability Development
- Continuously learn the company’s latest IVD products and technologies.
- Participate in company-organized technical training, certification programs, and competency assessments.
- Continuously enhance personal technical skills and customer service capabilities.
Requirements
- Education：Bachelor degree or above, major in biomedical 、biology or related.
- Experience： 2 or more years experience in IVD product companies. Be familiar with the principle of IVD products, such as Biochemistry, Immunoassay and Hematology analyzers.
- Good written and spoken English；
- Familiar with computer and office software
