Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Supply Chain Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees day to day inbound and outbound operations. This covers Raw and Packaging Materials (RMPM, Finished Goods (FG), Spare Parts Supplies (SPS) and Scrap.
- Manages the entire Logistics and Planning operations accordance to the approved budget.
- Reviews and evaluates the performance of personnel based on the established individual KPIs.
- Ensures proper storage and handling of Raw & Packaging Materials, Spare Parts Supplies and Finished Goods and assures safe working environment for all personnel.
- Ensures effective implementation of FIFO for materials issuances to Production and delivery of Finished Goods to customer.
- Ensures availability of trucks at all times for on time loading and dispatching. Reviews the an evaluates the performance of delivery Trucks.
- Ensures on time processing of GR, updating the SAP-System for materials and supplies issuances to all Departments, ensures compliance to the Management System requirement, ensures availability of RMPM to avoid run-outs, manages and controls the ordering of materials to avoid ageing stocks and ensures efficient Production Plan to ensure meeting BCFG requirement in full and on time
Qualifications & Experience:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
- At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in packaging, FMCG, or related industries.
- Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain management, including demand planning, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and customer service.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving supply chain transformation initiatives.
Technical Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations.
- Proficient in Sales and Operations Planning Demand Planning, and Supply Planning processes.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, capacity planning, and materials management.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Skilled in data analytics, KPI management, and performance reporting.

- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to lead change, manage complexity, and drive business results in a dynamic environment.
