Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Supply Chain Quality Analyst with our power technology client in Whiteland, IN. This is a 6-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay: $24.00 – $29.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Onsite 40 hours per week M-&F 8-5
Description:
Core Responsibilities:
- Support onsite team by collaborating with the 3PL employees and internal customers related to shipping discrepancy claims.
- Investigate shipment discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement preventive measures to ensure on going quality and compliance.
- Support customer claims process and co-ordinate between shipping office and claims analyst team.
- Actively support the Quality team with additional activities as needed to meet quality targets and drive continuous improvement.
- Support oversight and administration of the returnable container program on behalf of client..
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lb. as required to support operational activities.
- Work is performed in both office and warehouse environments and may require walking and standing on the shop floor within a large warehouse environment.
Skills Needed for the Role:
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong computer skills and data analysis skills.
- Demonstrated experience with data entry, report generation, and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
