Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development or Industrial
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Sourcing and Hiring
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a lead or senior capacity
- Strong experience in competency-based interviewing and stakeholder management
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- With experience in hiring engineering and technical roles preferred
Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to determine vacancies and staffing needs
- Source prospective candidates through several sourcing channels such as but not limited to on-line job postings, recruitment caravans, job fairs, social media, employee referrals, head hunters, etc.
- Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidate
- Endorse candidates and make recommendations to Hiring Manage
- Coordinate with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) re manpower requirements and concerns on talent acquisition
- Design and implement recruiting strategies and best practices
