We're Hiring: Team Lead Site Engineer – Mechanical (Infrastructure)
Hassan Allam Holding is looking to hire a Team Lead Site Engineer – Mechanical (Infrastructure) to join our team on a major construction project.
Join our team and take the lead in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience Required: 8+ Years
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in infrastructure utilities, including:
- Stormwater networks
- Sewage networks
- Irrigation networks
- Potable water networks
- HDPE and Ductile Iron (DI) pipelines
- Valve chambers
- Manholes
- Strong site execution, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, manpower, and site activities effectively.
- Experience in ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all mechanical infrastructure site activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedule and quality requirements.
- Review drawings, method statements, and technical submittals related to infrastructure works.
- Manage construction activities for utility networks and associated structures.
- Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and company procedures.
- Prepare progress reports and provide technical support to project management.
