This includes managing RF optimization, feature validation, and software readiness before deployment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on customer-centric performance are key to ensuring a seamless broadband experience in rural areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead new Fixed Wireless features’ integration and performance readiness
• Define validation methodology and acceptance criteria for new technologies
• Collaborate with engineering and vendors for capability assessment
• Oversee performance assurance for software releases
• Maximize spectral efficiency and user experience outcomes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Telecommunications
• 7+ years in wireless network engineering
• Experience in RF optimization and performance management
• Strong grasp of LTE/5G and IP networking
• Proven leadership in technical teams and collaboration
