Protech Engineering is seeking motivated and hardworking Industrial Belt Fabrication Technicians to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for candidates interested in conveyor belt fabrication, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting within industrial environments.

💰 Salary: SAR 1,300 – 1,800
⏰ Working Hours: 11 Hours
Job Overview
An Industrial Belt Fabrication Technician installs, fabricates, inspects, repairs, maintains, and replaces conveyor belt systems used in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, warehouses, ports, cement plants, food processing facilities, mining operations, and airports. The role involves belt splicing, conveyor maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of conveyor systems.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Install and align conveyor belts and related equipment
✔ Perform belt splicing using hot vulcanizing, cold bonding, and mechanical fasteners
✔ Inspect belts, rollers, pulleys, bearings, and motors for wear or damage
✔ Troubleshoot conveyor system failures and breakdowns
✔ Repair or replace damaged belts and conveyor components
✔ Maintain proper belt tension and tracking
✔ Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
✔ Safely use hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment
✔ Read technical drawings and maintenance manuals
✔ Complete maintenance reports and service documentation
✔ Follow workplace safety procedures and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standards
Required Skills
✔ Knowledge of conveyor systems and mechanical maintenance
✔ Belt splicing and vulcanizing skills
✔ Ability to use mechanical and electrical tools
✔ Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
✔ Physical fitness and ability to work at heights or confined spaces
✔ Understanding of industrial safety standards
✔ Teamwork and communication skills
Qualifications
🎓 ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance Preferred
