About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Machinery Engineer to support Floating Control Unit (FCU) topside machinery construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- 10 years supervisory experiences in relevant discipline engineer in upstream oil and gas facilities.
- Review permit to work prior work commencement for piping commissioning activities.
- Ensuring the activity comply with Company safety regulation, Local government regulation and International Safety, Health Environmental regulation.
- Involved and provide technical support during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Demonstrate good communication skill to coordinate between relevant parties (including internal project teams, EPCI contractors, vendors, and sub-vendor or sub-contractor).
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, or material engineering (S1).
- Min 10 years working experience in area production facility Topside construction and Installation, the experience gained shall be in a similar role and the candidate shall have a strong construction engineering background and have demonstrable yard leadership skills.
- Familiar with the ITR-A, ITR-B, and PTW (HOT / COLD).
- Familiar with P&ID, isometric, and test circuit.
- Considerable experience of relevant piping design or during installation activities.
- Familiarity with and experience of applying codes and standards such as ASME 31.3, API, SNI and another relevant standard.
- Having BOSIET certification is a must.

- Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and consistently.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and work the schedule required by the assignment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Ability to travel and work in office, fabrication-yard, onshore or offshore project environments as required by the assignment.
