Position Overview:
Don Construction Products (DCP) is seeking a Production Engineer to oversee and optimize our production processes in KSA, Riyadh. This role is key to maximizing output, ensuring high-quality standards, and aligning production capabilities with customer demand and operational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily production plans that align with customer orders and overall operational objectives.
- Ensure that production targets are consistently met while adhering to quality standards.
- Monitor production workflows and adjusting processes as necessary to enhance efficiency and output.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to forecast demand and plan production schedules.
- Optimize production processes to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and production delays.
- Collaborate with other departments to address operational challenges impacting production.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on production performance, planning metrics, and team achievements to management.
- Analyze production efficiency and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in industrial or any related engineering.
- Fluent Proficiency in Arabic and English language.
- A minimum of 0 – 3 years of experience is required for the role.
Key Competencies / Skills:
- Strong understanding of production processes, planning techniques, and quality control.
- Analytical mindset to assess metrics and drive improvements.
- Knowledge of construction of chemicals and building materials is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
