External Job Description
Handling shifts responsibilities – Breakdowns pertaining Filling machines – Automated (Faster packing machines), Manual (Liquid filling machines, Auger filling machines)
Maintenance of Robot/Cobot/Conveyors
Maintenance of pump system (Centrifugal pump, progressive cavity pump,
Gear pumps, Twin screw pumps, Diaphragm pumps),
Maintenance of utility equipment’s (boiler, chiller, compressor, cooling towers, WTP system),
Maintenance of process equipment (Mixers, Reactor, mixer, agitator and hydraulic equipment),
TPM, Autonomous Maintenance,
Responsible for CBM, RCA and CAPA for critical issues and equipment,
Vendor development ,
Making risk assessment, FMEA, SOP,
Following safety permit system including LOTO, day to day permit work,
Predictive maintenance of equipment such as vibration analysis,
Thermography, Ferrography Analysis,
Procurement and management of spares and consumables ,
Manpower and resource management for plant shutdown and execution including startup, Compliance to the PM schedule, CAPEX project budgeting,
Planning and execution, Procurement of CAPEX equipment
Manpower handling – Permanent – APL Technicians, Contracted – Leadec team
